#4 Thank you for your input and links! It seems a decade's work for CSR hasn't done very much for the responsibility that companies, especially oil companies, are willing to take. So much for the "flexible and voluntary approach". It is time that legislature took matters more seriously, and into their own hands, so that companies and their owners are more easily held accounted when they conduct their business in violation of human rights. Not to say that there aren't responsible companies, even oil companies, that actually do their diligence.
